Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at GenZster. Since we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model to provide you with the most competitive prices, our return policy is as follows:
1. No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," size preferences, or color variations. Please ensure you check the size charts and product descriptions thoroughly before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer a replacement or refund if the item you received is:

Physically damaged or broken.

Defective or not functioning as described.

The wrong item altogether.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a claim for a damaged or wrong product, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the moment you open the sealed courier package.

The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).

The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained, as per our supplier's guidelines.
4. How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Please include your Order ID and attach the unboxing video.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:

A replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed with our fulfillment partner (Meesho), we cannot cancel the shipment.
