Thank you for choosing GenZster! We aim to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. Because we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model, please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been placed.

  • Once the order is handed over to our fulfillment partner (Meesho), you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Latency

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–9 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions in certain zones.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 399].

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 40-50] will be applied at checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier partner's portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the link.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, including the Pincode and Phone Number, is 100% accurate.

  • We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to the origin due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a dispute with the courier partner.

7. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to almost all serviceable pincodes across India. If our fulfillment partner cannot deliver to your specific location, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
